Fitness 2 suit u was estab april 23rd 2010. I have been involved in sport for almost 20 years, i was a triathlete for 15 years. Run by blake who is an experienced & qualified trainer.

FITNESS 2 SUIT U

PT:
Mon - thurs 4am - 9pm
fri - 4am - 7pm
Sat - 5am - 10am
Sun - 5am - 10am, 2pm - 6pm

Bootcamp 7 days a week, 16 sessions a week;

- Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri at 930am for Mums & bubs/women

- Friday morning Mount Annan 545am (summer at Ingleburn 545am Mon)

- Tuesday nights women only bootcamp 6:15 & 7:15pm mount annan

- Wed night 7pm

- Thursday 6:15pm & 7:15pm

- weekend; mount Annan; Saturday 730am, Sunday 8am

- kids sessions school hoilday specials $5 per child

- boxing, battling rope, tyres, hill sprints, circuts, fitness testing, tyre pulling, functional training & much more

sporting athletes currently train: soccer players, adventure/tough mudder, netballers, swimmers, triathletes, moto cross rider, afl players & st gregs sport athletes fitness training

1x pt session $40
2x pt sessions $70
3x pt session $100
2ppl pt session $25 each

Bootcamp prices varies; there is currently 13 bootcamp sessions a week
- 6 week blocks
- $60 for 1x session over 6 weeks
- $100 for x2 sessions over 6 weeks (2 for free)
- $150 for 3x sessions over 6 weeks (3 for free)
- $180 for 4x sessions over 6 weeks (6 for free)
- $210 for unlimited over 6 weeks

TRAINERS

Jason Tripp: group training & PT - Jason is an ex soccer player of 20 years, 8 of which were at rep level, has experience & been involved in fitness training for the last 7 years in weight conditioning training & boxing & has been working behind the scenes with Fitness 2 Suit U since october 2010 but has now taken on role as a group/pt with Blake & Fitness 2 Suit U since August 2012.

Matthew Johnson: group training & PT - Matthew is an ex rugby league/union player of 15 years, experienced martial artitis/boxing training, fitness training at St gregorys college. Has been doing fitness training with Fitness 2 Suit U for the last 3+ years, taken on a role as group/pt with Blake since & Fitness 2 Suit U since August 2012.

- train clients to lose weight, for weddings, get fit, be healthly, train to save your life, endurance events, sport specific, st gregs sport athletes fitness training etc

- PT & Group Bootcamp; boxing, weight vest, cardio, core strengthening, slam ball, bag slam, truck tyres, crossfit bands, battling rope, functional training, conditioning training & many more.
